This project is a 32,000 sq ft renovation of the existing palhellenic building for East Tennessee State University.Located in Johnson City, the project intent was to repurpose the structure into the new Department of Geosciences, the Roan Scholar Program headquarters, and the Department of Research & Special Projects Program.  The program called for a full reconstruction of the interior including new plumbing, electrical, and hvac systems.
